What credentials do you have?

In addition to my 7 years of experience cooking in Numerous restaurants & 3 years of Private Chef work such as Catering, I am a Certified Chef by obtaining 2 Associate Degrees in Culinary School. One for Savory Cooking, & another for Baking & Pastry. With this combination of expertise, I am able to tailor each menu to your family’s dietary needs. implementing a multitude of cooking techniques to prepare varying worldly cuisines to your liking. 

Do I need to be home when you cook?

No! Most of our clients are out of the home working or doing whatever they love while we are in their home cooking & cleaning. You are welcome to be home & visit the kitchen as frequently as you’d like. Accomodations can be developed during appointment Hours in person or Virtually.  

What does an average menu look like?

2 breakfast dishes, 2 lunch dishes, 1 snack, & 2 dinner dishes with 3 servings per dish for your family size. You will receive a menu after service with reheating & storage instructions.

How long does it take to complete?

The average menu takes 6 hours for shopping, travel, cooking, & clean-up time. An average schedule is 8:30am - 2:30pm. Special requests or additional dishes will take more time. Menu creation & communication times are free for you.

What happens when we go out of town?

We expect you’ll be traveling with your family at some point! Please alert me of any travel as soon as possible. Because I offer weekly meal-prep services, I block out that day of the week for you for the foreseeable future & do not take any other cooking opportunities for those dates. For travel lasting 7 days (1 week) or less where 1 service will be missed, there is no charge. For travels more than 7 days (or where a second service week would be skipped) & you are expecting services to resume as usual when you return, there are 3 options: 1) a $350 maintenance per week starting week 2 until services resume; or 2) I can do a complete pantry, cupboard, & refrigerator clean-out & deep clean; &/or 3) You may gift cooking services to a family member or friend. They would pick up the food at your home on their own time. Most clients choose 2 & 3 to utilize my services.

Why do you need my credit card information?

No longer worry about remembering to settle invoices or sift through additional emails during your hectic week! Our process involves gathering your credit card details through a secure form, allowing us to make secure payments for your groceries at the store and services through Stripe. This streamlined approach eliminates the need for invoicing, ensuring that the current week's transactions are swiftly settled, & allowing you to plan the upcoming week without the burden of unpaid invoices. Your credit card statement will reflect separate entries for grocery & service charges. Additionally, you'll receive a paper receipt from the grocery store & an electronic receipt via email from Stripe for services rendered.

Will you keep my card payment details? For how long?

All payments are received & proccessed through a trusted & Certfied 3rd party platform called “Stripe”. Stripe will not only save the credit Card details, but Kettlebees LLC will imply for you sign a credit autorization form prior to any services. This gives the company the right to charge your card on an agreed schedule for Weekly Meal Preparation Services Only. Payment Information including Contact Information will be Used only for the duration period agreed on client contract. this information will be discarded completely 1 year after contract termination, solely for any important updates or emergency contact Communication.
